This Privacy Policy defines how AutoTerra processes and protects users' personal data.

2. Information Collection

We collect the following information:

• Name and contact details
• Driver's license details
• Booking information
• Payment details

3. Use of Data

Collected data is used only for order processing, communication with clients, and service improvement.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. There are two exceptions: web analytics and advertising services, which are enabled only after you consent (see section 5), and cases where disclosure is explicitly required by law. These services process data on their own servers, including outside the Republic of Moldova.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses three categories of cookies — the same ones listed in the consent banner. Necessary cookies keep the site running and remember your cookie choice: they are always active and cannot be turned off. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are viewed and where errors occur — we use Google Analytics 4, and Yandex.Metrica where enabled. Marketing cookies control the advertising signals passed to Google and let us measure advertising performance. Analytics and marketing are enabled only after you consent: until you answer the banner, the corresponding scripts are not loaded. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, and withdrawal takes effect immediately.

6. Your rights and retention periods

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Send your request to the address in section 7 — we will reply within the period set by law. Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes it was collected for and for the periods required by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you withdraw it or clear your browser storage.
